- ahh, now the UPS has lost packages too remember a couple years ago, A company working for the US Govt sent a few computer file cartridges with about a couple hundred thousand citizens SS numbers and UPS lost them. never were found even to this day.

- I asked about this before it is a federal crime for a postal employee (or anyone other than the Obama's) to forward someone's mail, the recipient has to do it. Pres. Obama is the one that had to since you have to sign your name anyone else caught doing it could go to jail.
